Shipments

We ship products for free to Italy with a minimum purchase amount of 99,00€. The delivery service is carried out by GLS, BRT or DHL couriers.

Orders are shipped from Sorrentino from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

Normally, shipping takes 2 working days. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer.

ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email, where you will find a tracking number you can use to monitor your delivery status online. Your order will be traceable via this number about few hours after that the delivery has been confirmed.

You can track your order in three different ways:

  1. With your Sorrentino account: Go to "My Account" Section, then click on Order Status, find the relevant order and click on Details - the details of your order will appear. Then click on Tracking, which will take you directly to the courier website. Here you can view the current status of your order.
  2. With the Delivery Confirmation e-mail: You will view the current status of your order in this e-mail by clicking on "Tracking".
  3. With the courier website: enter the tracking number (you will find it in the delivery confirmation email), and click on Search to view the current status of your order.

DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT

It allows maximum comfort and flexibility, provides, in fact, to agree on an appointment by telephone with the courier for shipment delivery: no later than 5 working days after arrival of the parcel at the subsidiary of the courier.

This service requires a surcharge of € 5.00.

PACKAGE LOST
